Our story
From buried in paperwork to clear systems
TRC Logistics was founded by Nash Turcan. After years in fleet safety management, Nash saw the same pattern again and again: good carriers overwhelmed by paperwork, changing regulations and last-minute scrambles, and an industry that too often settled for "check-the-box" consulting.
The answer was not more advice. It was dedicated teams that actually do the work, with clear processes, tracked status and accountability. That idea became the Synchron brands.
