TRC Logistics LLC · Las Vegas, Nevada

Compliance infrastructure for American trucking.

TRC Logistics builds and operates the Synchron brands: specialized services that take permitting, safety and compliance administration off the carrier's desk, so freight keeps moving.

TRC Logistics operates two brands: Synchron Permits, which protects the move, and Synchron Safety, which protects the business. TRC Logistics PARENT COMPANY S Synchron Permits Protects the move S Synchron Safety Protects the business
Our brands

Two brands. One standard: certainty.

Each Synchron brand owns one part of a carrier's regulatory workload and does it with specialists, structured processes and clear communication.

Synchron Permits

Oversize and overweight truck permits across the 48 contiguous states.

A permitting service built for heavy haul. Synchron Permits applies for and acquires OS/OW permits, validates routes before you commit to a load, and turns permit route text into a driver-friendly Google Maps link.

  • Single-trip and superload permit applications
  • Route discovery before you quote or dispatch
  • Google Maps route visualization with marked exits
  • Permit amendments and simplified state provisions
  • Online cost estimator and customer dashboard

Built for: dispatchers, freight brokers, owner-operators and heavy-haul carriers.

Synchron Safety

An outsourced safety and compliance department for trucking companies.

Human-led, technology-supported safety operations for FMCSA-regulated interstate carriers. Synchron Safety organizes the workflows that usually live in inboxes, spreadsheets and one person's memory.

  • Driver qualification files and onboarding workflows
  • Clearinghouse and drug & alcohol program tracking
  • Daily ELD and HOS log review with driver coaching
  • DOT audit readiness and corrective action support
  • Claims documentation and insurance renewal preparation

Built for: owners and managers of small and mid-size fleets without a full internal safety department.

How they fit together

One protects the load. The other protects the company.

The word "permit" means two different things in trucking, and our brands are organized around that difference.

Synchron Permits handles trip permits for oversize and overweight loads: the authorization, the route and the restrictions for a specific movement.

Synchron Safety handles the company's standing compliance: driver files, logs, audits, insurance and recurring registrations such as IFTA, IRP, HUT and UCR.

A heavy-haul carrier can use both: Synchron Safety keeps the operation audit-ready, and Synchron Permits clears each load for the road.

What TRC stands for

Transparency. Reliability. Commitment.

Our name is our operating standard. These three principles shape how every Synchron brand serves clients, manages operations and builds long-term trust.

Transparency

Clear status, clear pricing and clear communication. Clients can always see what is done, what is pending and what comes next.

Reliability

Structured processes, validated work and specialists who deliver under deadline pressure, every time a load or an audit is on the line.

Commitment

We stand behind our work, own our mistakes and build relationships with carriers for the long haul.

Our story

Built by people who have worked inside trucking operations

"We don't just advise. We handle the work so carriers can keep moving forward."

TRC Logistics was founded by Nash Turcan after years in fleet safety management, watching carriers lose time and money to paperwork, unclear regulations and last-minute scrambles. The Synchron brands were built to replace that with dependable, structured support.
